This is an opportunity for you to share what you are looking for in therapy, ask questions, and get a sense of my approach as a therapist. From there, we can determine if working together seems like a good fit and schedule our first session.
How does the process work?
Step 1: Reach out via email hannahccwellness@gmail.com to schedule a free 20 minute phone consultation.
Step 2: Engage in a brief phone consultation to share more about what you are looking for in therapy, ask questions, and get a sense of my approach as a therapist. Based on this conversation, we will determine whether to move forward with scheduling an initial session.
Step 3: Complete online Intake Paperwork. This paperwork must be completed prior to our initial session together.
Step 4: Meet for our initial session to begin getting to know each other and developing goals for therapy.
