Therapy for driven adults, parents, and couples who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck
You’re used to holding it all together—but inside, something feels off. I help you slow down, understand what’s underneath, and create more ease and connection in your life and relationships.
In-person in Sacramento + virtual across California
YOU MIGHT BE FEELING…
You’re the one people rely on—but lately, it feels like too much.
You look put together, but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stretched thin
You’re constantly thinking about what you should be doing, but feel disconnected from what you actually want
You find yourself overthinking, shutting down, or getting reactive in your relationships
You’re navigating a big transition—like becoming a parent—and wondering, who am I now?
You and your partner feel stuck in the same arguments or less connected than you used to
You might be doing everything “right”…
but it doesn’t feel the way you thought it would.
HOW THERAPY CAN HELP
Therapy gives you space to slow down, make sense of what’s going on, and begin to shift the patterns that keep you stuck.
Together, we’ll work toward:
Feeling more grounded and less overwhelmed
Reconnecting with your emotions, needs, and sense of self
Letting go of perfectionism, overthinking, or emotional shutdown
Strengthening your relationships and communication
Creating a life that feels more aligned, meaningful, and sustainable
WHO I WORK WITH
Driven Professionals
You’re successful and capable—but often anxious, burned out, or disconnected from yourself.
We’ll work toward more balance, ease, and a stronger sense of what you actually want.
Couples
You care about your relationship—but feel stuck in patterns that create distance.
We’ll work to rebuild connection, improve communication, and help you feel like a team again.
Parents (Pregnancy, Postpartum & Early Years)
You’re navigating a major identity shift while trying to keep everything afloat.
We’ll create space to process your experience, reconnect with yourself, and build confidence in your parenting.
HOW I HELP
I’m not a sit-back-and-nod therapist—we’ll actively work together to understand what’s going on and create meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices.
In our work, we’ll:
Explore patterns in how you relate to yourself and others, including your attachment style and how it shows up in relationships
Build awareness of your emotions and learn how to respond to them with more clarity and self-compassion
Understand the roots of perfectionism, anxiety, or disconnection (often shaped by early experiences)
Identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and coping strategies
Strengthen communication and emotional connection in your relationships
I also share tools and resources along the way—like podcasts, books, and practical exercises—so you have support between sessions and can continue integrating what we’re working on into your daily life.
My work draws on evidenced-based practices such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindful Self-Compassion.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step—but you don’t have to have it all figured out.
You don’t have to keep doing this on your own.
